Updating the provisions of Decree No. 09/2017, of 06 April, which approves the General Rules for Customs Clearance of Goods, Decree No. 70/2022, of 28 December, was approved. The amendments essentially concerned the rules regulating the place where clearance must take place and maritime cabotage.
