This article looks at Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a driving force behind the Fourth Industrial Revolution, an era characterised by the convergence of digital technologies. The regulatory environment in Africa and Mozambique does not remain inert in the face of the transformative influence of this technology. We present an overview of recent advances in the legal framework related to Artificial Intelligence, as well as the main efforts made to regulate it.
