The legal regime for the electronic processing of judicial processes was approved and the Justice Sector Technology Management Center, referred to as CGTSJ for short (hereinafter referred to as the “Electronic Processing Law”), was created by Law No. 8/2024, of June 7th, which will come into force on September 5th, 2024.
