By Resolution No. 69/2021, of 31 December, the Mozambican Government approved the Cybersecurity Policy and Strategy for its Implementation (the “Policy”), in order to adapt it to the guiding instruments and challenges imposed by the increasing progress of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs).
This Policy aims to demonstrate the growing commitment of the Mozambican State and Government with cybersecurity at national, regional, continental and global level, in particular with increasing society’s awareness of the importance of different dimensions of cybersecurity and the country’s level of involvement in the development and security of the cyberspace.
