REGISTRATION AND LICENSING OF INTERMEDIARY ELECTRONIC SERVICE PROVIDERS AND DIGITAL PLATFORM OPERATORS

Decree n.° 59/2023 of October 27, approved the Regulation on the Registration and Licensing of Intermediary Providers of Electronic Services and Operators of Digital Platforms (hereinafter the "Regulation"), in response to developments in the Information and Communication Technologies sector, in order to stimulate the quality and security provided in this area.
