In order to ensure the application of the rules for the promotion and defence of competition in the private and public sectors, on June 22, 2023, the Competition Regulatory Authority launched a Good Practice Guide for Business Associations (the "Guide") at the XVIII edition of the Annual Private Sector Conference.
