Aerial surveying and cinematography activities in national territory, commonly identified by the use of manned or unmanned aircraft (drones), will now be regulated by law. In this piece, Thaís Gomes analyses Law no. 6/2024, of 4 June, recently approved by the Parliament and which establishes the principles, rules and guidelines that must be obeyed when carrying out these activities.
