Biography
Elton Dimbana focuses his practice on providing assistance in matters of Tax Law. With postgraduate specialisation in Tax Law, Elton Dimbana represents clients in complex Tax Law cases, in particular before the Tax Enforcement Court.
Elton Dimbana also represents clients in disputes before arbitral tribunals in domestic and international cases. In addition to being a lawyer, Elton also teaches at the Pedagogical University of Maputo as an Assistant Professor of the Tax Litigation course.
- Postgraduation in Taxation at the Portuguese Catholic University (ongoing);
- Postgraduation in Arbitration Law at the Research Institute for Private Law of the Law School of the University of Lisbon, Portugal (2021);
- Degree in Law at the Law School of the Eduardo Mondlane University (2018).
