Biography
Hélder Miguel focuses his activity on Commercial and Corporate matters, as well as assistance in matters of Taxation. Specializing at postgraduate level in Tax Law, with more than a decade of experience in assisting private, national and foreign institutions in various sectors.
With more than 10 years of experience, Hélder Miguel represents clients in regulatory matters, including, but not limited to, Foreign Direct Investment, Exchange Control and Energy.
- Law degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of St. Tomas of Mozambique;
- Post-graduation in Tax Law at the Catholic University of Portugal.

- Institute of Intelectual Property.
